  • Introduce the chopped vegetables to the pan making sure they get fully coated with the masala.
  • Cover it up. Let your Vegetable Balti simmer gently, for 15 20 minutes or until your veggies become tender and all those mouthwatering flavors blend together harmoniously.
  • Sprinkle some chopped cilantro on top as garnish before serving your hot Vegetable Balti with vegan naan or rice.
